Rental in Florence and Italy is a web company that manages several tourist apartments and villas in Florence and in Italy.

All our apartments in Florence are fully equipped and furnished and have all the comforts you may need during your short or long term stay in town.

In the following pages you can see the pictures of every apartment with a detailed description. Rental in Florence and Italy guarantees the best quality standards of every accommodation (apartments, villas, hotels) that we manage.

In the case that our customers won’t be satisfied of the standards of our accommodations (in the same moment that we give the keys) we’ll give back the 70% of the money anticipated.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be made for cancellations made 30 days before the arrival date.

The cancellation policy is referred only to the money anticipated to our company
